Eight of GK-12 Fellows will present their research at this special session. Refreshments will be served.

9:00 - 12 noon — Sustainability Across the Curriculum Symposium : 100 Nedderman Hall

Features faculty and graduate student panels discussing a variety of topics related to sustainability. Refreshments will be served.

3:30 - 4:30 pm — ACES Roundtable with Bill Nye, "the Science Guy" : Texas Hall

The UT Arlington community is invited to a roundtable discussion with Bill Nye "the Science Guy" prior to his Wednesday night keynote address. Mr. Nye will join four UT Arlington faculty members in an moderated discussion about the current state of science. The roundtable discussion will be fol lowed by an audience Q&A. Because this event is exclusively for the UT Arlington community, tickets must be claimed using a UT Arlington log-in. 1:00-2:00 pm — Poster area closed for judges' preview

2:00-3:30 pm — Students giving posters need to be available for poster judging

1:00-4:30 pm — Oral Presentations

LATE AFTERNOON

4:30 pm — Posters removed

4:30 pm — The judges critiques will be available for pickup (as available)

5:00 pm — Reception

5:30 pm — Award Ceremony
