9:00-4:00 pm — Undergraduate and Graduate Posters Displayed - Palo Duro Lounge

8:00-11:00 am — Graduate Oral Presentations - Upper Level, Various Rooms

11:30-1:00 pm — Break

AFTERNOON SESSIONS

1:00-4:00 pm — Undergraduate and Graduate Poster Presentations and Judging, Palo Duro Lounge

1:00-4:00 pm — Undergraduate and Graduate Oral Presentations Upper Level, Various Rooms

LATE AFTERNOON

4:00-4:30 pm — Posters removed. All Posters must be taken down before 4:30 pm.

4:00-4:30 pm — The judges critiques will be available for pickup (as available), Sierra Lounge.

4:30-5:00 pm — Reception - Upper Level, Carlisle Suite

5:00-6:00 pm — Award Ceremony - Carlisle Suite, Academy Room; Moderator: Dr. Philip Cohen;
