Individual Campus Tours
(not offered on major holidays)

Individual campus tours depart promptly from the New Student Welcome Center located on the first floor of Davis Hall, Room 123 at 9:00 am, 10:00 am, 1:00 pm, and 2:00 pm every Monday through Friday. Housing tours depart at 11:30 am and 3:30 pm every Monday through Friday. A combination campus tour and housing tour departs at 11:30 am on Saturdays. The tour schedule may be amended during peak times, during finals week and university holidays. The tour form always lists the most up-to-date tour options.

Individual Tours are capped at 50 guests per tour. The form will only allow 50 people to register. The tour calendar on page 2 of the form lists all available dates and tour times. Our regular tour schedule may be amended based on the time of year and other campus events.

Group Campus Tours for Schools and Organizations
(Offered on weekdays, based on availability. Major holidays excluded.)

UT Arlington offers flexible group visit programs for schools and organizations. Group campus tours are scheduled individually and are tailored to each group's needs. Group visits can include presentations by Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Academic Departments, Support Departments and many other individually tailored presentations in addition to the one hour walking tour.

Group visits are free but can be paired with private Planetarium showings or lunch for a separate fee. Group campus tours are limited to a maximum of 150 people, but an ideal size is 100 visitors or less per group.

If you are interested in a planetarium show the cost is $3.00 per person and you can contact Tina Poss, the planetarium secretary, at 817.272.1183 to select a show and a time. Please include your name, group name, date of tour, what show your group would like to see and how you plan to pay when contacting the Planetarium.

If you are interested in eating lunch on our campus the lunch prices are $7.97 with tax and $7.38 without tax. If you are tax exempt, you must bring a copy of the exemption form with you on the day of the tour and dining services will remove the tax. Payment is required upon service and checks can be made out to Aramark. Please email or call Elizabeth Cheong at 817.272.3113 with the date of your tour, lunch time, name of school, number of students and method of payment. Also, if you would prefer, the students can bring a sack lunch and we will coordinate a place for them to eat on campus. Please let our Group Tour Coordinator know your lunch plans in order to finalize the itinerary.

Special sessions can be planned for younger elementary school children too. Please provide at least 7 business days advance notice to ensure our office can adequately prepare for and schedule your visit to meet your group's individual needs.

Parking on Campus

Single vehicle visitor parking is available at Davis Hall. Tours begin at Davis Hall. Buses may drop students off along Nedderman Drive by Texas Hall, adjacent to Davis Hall. Buses must be parked in Parking Lot 33.
