UT Arlington offers flexible group visit programs for schools and organizations. Group campus tours are scheduled individually and are tailored to each groups needs. Group visits can include presentations by Admissions, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Academic Departments, Support Departments and many other individually tailored presentations in addition to the 1 hour walking tour. Group visits are free, but can be paired with private planeterium showings or lunch for a separate fee. Special sessions can be planned for younger elementary school children too. Please provide at least 7 business days advance notice to ensure our office can adequately prepare for and schedule your visit to meet your group’s individual needs. We are now accepting group campus tour reservations for June 16, 2008 or later. All dates through June 16 have been booked.
