Information about the Institute

When & Where
Week #1: June 9 - 12, 2014
Week #2: June 16 - 19, 2014
Week #3: June 23 - 26, 2014

All classes will be held on The University of Texas at Arlington campus. Classes meet Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

Attendance
Certificates of Completion will be provided to all participants whose registration fees have been paid in full and who have attended all class meetings. Only enrolled participants will be allowed in the classroom. The institute cannot accommodate children of any age. No pets are allowed.

Materials
Course materials will be provided by the UT Arlington AP Summer Institute. Presenters may require participants to bring additional supplies. College Board Exam Resources and Special Focus* books or the AP Vertical Teams* Guides will be provided for each participant.

Clothing and Climate
Lightweight, casual clothing is recommended for our hot Texas summers. Wear comfortable shoes for walking on campus. All University facilities are air conditioned, so you may want to bring a sweater or light jacket.

Meals
Lunch for all participants will be provided Monday through Thursday.
