Drafting Help for $

I am currently attempting to finish some preliminary drawings so I may show them . I need a foundation sketch for an underground parking facility that will service four (4) townhouses that will be built on top of the foundation. I then need a drawing of the townhouse buildings. There will be two homes in each building with a common area in the middle. The two buildings are fairly common block houses in a Spanish Territorial style with balconies. I have limited drafting experience and do not have a CAD system that could probably draw this fairly quickly. My job is taking most of my time and I need these drawings done now.

This could be a neat little problem for your classes or a good exercise in foundation construction where the entire project sits on the ceiling of the parking area that has to support two, two story units and landscaping in the middle.

Hello All,

I am Bro Calvin Thomas of Live Stone Lodge #152 PHA located here in Grand Prairie, TX, my lodge is in the process of trying to get our old building restored and so we are writing today to see if the students could draw up a replica picture of our Texas historical building? We understand that the building design can’t be changed because of the historical title it was granted but we would like to see a design that keeps the original look but uses new hidden designs that will help it stand the test of times with today’s weather. You can read and see a picture of what the building looks like today on our website at http://livestone152pha.zoomshare.com.

Thank you all for your time.

The candidate will be expected to teach an upper division course on Restoration Ecology and a graduate seminar annually, and periodically teach in environmental science courses.

We particularly encourage applications from women and under-represented ethnic minorities. Electronic submissions are preferred as a single PDF file and emailed to restorationecology@nature.berkeley.edu. An application should include a curriculum vitae, statements of research and teaching interests, and recent publications.
