Information for Prospective Students
If you have questions about what to expect when you get to UT Arlington or what you need to do before you arrive on campus, there is a world of information here. A few items of particular interest:
Preview Day – (Check the website for specific dates)
UT Arlington’s Preview Day programs provide an opportunity for prospective students to get a closer look at UT Arlington and to ask any questions you might have about the University. Information is provided concerning admissions, financial aid and scholarships, and prospective students will also have the opportunity to meet with faculty, staff and students, as well as representatives from some of the more than 260 student organizations at UT Arlington. Tours of the campus and housing facilities will also be available. (Note: While general information on academic departments will be available, there will NOT be any program-specific academic advising at UT Arlington’s Preview Day.)
In addition to available jobs on campus, UT Arlington’s “Hire a Maverick” program can assist in partnering students with potential employers off campus as well.
Financial Aid and Scholarships
Completed financial aid applications and documentation for the Fall Semester must be received in the Financial Aid Office by May 15, 2006.
