The winning entry to the New Orleans Prototype Housing competition "Restructuring the Gulf Coast", sponsored by Architectural Record Magazine and the Tulane University School of Architecture in New Orleans.

The design was submitted by University of Texas at Arlington School of Architecture students Amin Gilani and Josh Spoerl. They were sponsored by Architecture Professors Bijan Youssefzadeh and Heath Macdonald.
