The Community Design Studio Fort Worth

The newly established Community Design Studio Fort Worth is seeking candidates for 2-3 professional staff positions beginning September 2015. The CDSfw is a non-profit organization that will provide environmental design and planning services to community clients on projects of benefit to the public which would otherwise not have access to professional services. In addition the Studio will assist the municipalities of Tarrant County in planning and design, as well as initiate long range “visioning” on issues of probable public impact.

The CDSfw will be located in downtown Fort Worth and will also provide public information and host programming on environment issues in Tarrant County and the north Texas region.

These positions will provide excellent opportunities for young, emerging professionals with a commitment to serving the public and confronting the challenges of community design. The inaugural staff will also be charged with developing the policies and practices to enable the Studio to fulfill its mission.
