Step 1 - Get advised with your FACULTY advisor beginning Feb. 19 until Mar. 21, BEFORE Advisathon!
List of Faculty advisors is listed on the Art Advising board outside the Art + Art History Office under the Resources section.

Step 2 - Also schedule your REQUIRED advising appointment in the Art office to SUBMIT ADVISING FORMS and review your degree plan beginning Feb. 19, but after you've met with your faculty, to make sure you're meeting all requirements to graduate. Not doing so can cause you to lose your seat!!

Advisathon Sign-Up All Majors March 18, 2014 - 8:30 AM

For All Majors

Location: Art Office 335 FAB

For All Majors

If you fit under one of the following categories you qualify for Advisathon:

  • BFA/BA Studio - PASSED your 21 hour CPR
  • Have a CPR letter that directs you to attend Advisathon
  • Art History - not graduating, passed ART 2300 and are enrolling in advanced Art History courses.

ADVISATHON Sign up sheets will be available in the Art + Art History office, FAB 335.  

You MUST bring proof of eligibility to be allowed to sign-up for an Advisathon time slot. 

  • UMAP (PRINTED only)
  • Degree Plan (PRINTED PRIOR to March 18, from the Art Office)
  • If you just completed your CPR this semester, you may bring your CPR results letter in addition to the above.

* We WILL NOT print degree plans the week of Advisathon. You MUST have all required Advisathon documents for sign up.

If you are a BA degree major with a SPECIFIC area of focus, you will be advised on that area's advising day. For example, BA majors with a focus in Photography will meet on the Photography advising day listed below. Those with no specific concentration, please sign up for Mar. 26.

Advising Pre-CPR and Non-passing CPR students March 31, 2014 - 8:00 AM

For Pre-CPR and Non-passing CPR students

If you fit under one of the following categories:

  • Have not gone through CPR
  • Did not pass CPR and CPR letter states to meet with and Advisor in the office

CALL to schedule an appointment beginning March 17. Appointments will begin March 31 for current majors/sophmores.

New Transfer & Changed Majors students appointments will begin April 14.

Freshmen - University College Art students
If you are a University College student (first year Freshman), you should meet with your advisor Sarah Riley at the University Advising Center. You should receive information via email.
