|Biomedical Engineering Student Research Abstracts
In this area, experimental and computational methods are used to gain a better understanding of the function of various biological systems at normal and disease states. Studies at both tissue and cellular levels are applied to cardiopulmonary, musculoskeletal systems, as well as to brain tumors with the goal to foster the conception, design, and development of devices and methodologies for disease diagnosis and treatment. This study track is currently available to students in both master's and doctoral study.
