Blackboard System Messages
Blackboard will be unavailable starting August 4, 2013 at 12:01 AM CDT to August 5, 2013 at 7:00 AM CDT so we may perform critical system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this planned outage may cause. Users are advised to save any work and log off Blackboard prior to August 4, 2013 at 12:01 AM CDT. Users can resume working on courses starting August 5, 2013 at 7:00 AM CDT. Please contact CDE Support with any questions concerning this downtime.
Blackboard Enhancements
After the upgrade has been completed, you will notice that the look and feel of Blackboard has changed as well as several new features of including additional testing options, inline assignment grading, enhanced calendar and discussion boards, new social networking tools, and more. Look for more information about the additional testing options and inline assignment grading in the next two newsletters.
