Set Test Availability Exceptions

When you need to override the default test settings, there is a way to create exceptions for one student or a group of students such as providing more time for a test, allowing additional attempts or offering alternate start/end dates. These settings will override the standard test settings only for the selected user(s) and/or groups.

QUICK STEPS: Setting Test Availability Exceptions

1. Locate the Test Availability Exceptions section within the Test Options. Click the Add User or Group button.

2. Select the checkbox next to the user or group receiving the exception and click Submit.

3. Select the Attempt, Timer, Availability, and/or Forced Completion settings needed for the select user or group.

NOTE: Multiple user/group exceptions may be set.

4. Click Submit.
