Chad Estis joined the Dallas Cowboys and the new stadium project in July, 2007. In this role, Mr. Estis is responsible for the sales and marketing of season tickets, club seats and suites as the Cowboys move into their new stadium in the fall of 2009. Prior to joining the Cowboys organization, Mr. Estis served as Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena where he oversaw all sales, marketing, community relations, communications, Web site and game operations. Between 2001 and 2007, the Cavaliers saw attendance increase on average from 11,497 to 20,430.

Dr. Gourisankar has led and managed the development of several medical devices from concept through clinical evaluation and commercialization phases for the global markets. He holds a doctoral degree in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, NY.

The company has secured major corporate accounts of $1 million or more with Enterprise Rental Car, the City of Fort Worth, and the U.S. Government. Mr. Kemp was previously employed by IBM and Office Depot.

Mr. Molnoskey joined L&B Realty Advisors from BMC Capital, a real estate mortgage banking firm, where he served as a commercial mortgage banker originating debt for multifamily and commercial assets. Prior to BMC Capital, Mr. Molnosky worked for Orix Capital Markets as a loan servicing analyst and Capmark Finance as a real estate analyst assisting with the underwriting, inspection and closing of over $250 million in senior debt for multifamily, retail, industrial and hospitality projects.

Harold E. Moore

Mr. Harold Moore is a labor and employment arbitrator in Arlington. Between 1989 and 2000, Mr. Moore was also an instructor for industrial relations, arbitration, labor law and international trade at UT Arlington. Mr. Moore was previously CEO of the North Texas Contractors Association and House Counsel for Labor Relations and Construction matters for General Dynamics. Mr. Moore is board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specializations.

Mr. Penny is the Project Executive for Manhattan Construction Company, the lead contractor on the Dallas Cowboys new stadium in Arlington, TX. He has been part of the Cowboys project team since the project was first awarded in November 2004. After receiving his degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993, Mr. Penny went to work in the commercial construction industry. Mr. Penny worked on a variety of projects including toll roads, prisons, community colleges, golf resorts, telecommunications facilities and most recently the FedEx Forum in Memphis, home of the NBA Memphis Grizzlies.

Previously, she worked in venture capital for Johnson Fry Ltd. in London. In 2008, Ms. Rogers was appointed to the Federal Reserve Bank’s Eleventh District Advisory Council. She is founder of Deborah’s Farmstead, a small, family dairy that produces goat cheese.

Terry Ryan

Terry Ryan served for 13 years as President & CEO of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest chambers in the nation. His most significant initiative as the Chamber’s chief executive was the development and implementation of a major economic development program. This program is still fundamentally in place and continues to serve as the blueprint to lead and guide Fort Worth's economic expansion efforts today. During his long and successful tenure at the Fort Worth Chamber, which began in 1988, he was elected Chairman of the National Association of Chamber Executives and also was the recipient of the Texas Chambers' Martin Hurley Award.

He was previously Vice Chairman of Sabreliner Corporation's heavy aircraft services divisions. Townes is an engineering graduate of West Point. Steve earned the coveted Eisenhower Award upon graduation there. He also holds an MBA from Long Island University and completed the PMD program at Harvard Business School.

Currently serving as Deputy City Manager for Economic Development, Trey Yelverton leads the team responsible for fulfilling the City’s obligations in developing the Dallas Cowboys new stadium. His role also includes the oversight of Community Development and Planning; the Arlington Convention Center; and economic development contracts with the Chamber of Commerce, Convention and Visitors Bureau and Downtown Management Corporation. Mr. Yelverton has worked for the City of Arlington for more than 15 years, previously serving as the Director of the Neighborhood Services Department and Executive Director of the Arlington Housing Authority.
