The College of Business Celebrates Endowment
Established to Honor Longtime Supporter

On June 5, the College of Business at UT Arlington hosted a reception to recognize Rosalyn and Billy Rosenthal, and Joe Penshorn, president of Standard Meat Company, for their generosity in establishing the E. M. “Manny” Rosenthal-Standard Meat Company Professorship in the College of Business Goolsby Leadership Academy. The professorship was established in 2007 in honor of E. M. “Manny” Rosenthal who was the former chairman of the board of Standard Meat and a longtime supporter of education. He was a frequent speaker in graduate business classes at UT Arlington and a former president of the College of Business Administration Advisory Council. The Professorship benefits the academy’s leadership development program for exceptional undergraduate business students.
