Online MBA Program Deadline and Procedure
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, admissions to our Online MBA have been suspended for future semesters, as UT Arlington is transitioning out of the UT System Online MBA partnership. While other UT System universities have developed, or are in the process of developing, their own online MBA programs, UT Arlington does not plan to offer a full online MBA program in the near future. Please feel free to revisit our website for future updates/developments.
The preferred Application Deadline dates can be found on the Graduate School website.

Miscellaneous Notes on Policies

Official copies of GMAT scores (purchased from the ETS) and official transcripts (purchased from the issuing institution) MUST be sent directly to the Graduate School as soon as possible.
Registration Steps
To participate in the MBA Online program, you must complete the following steps:
Step 1: Apply to a campus
You must choose a home campus by applying to and being accepted by one of the participating universities. Criteria, procedures and deadlines for admission vary slightly from one university to another, but are predominantly the same as the traditional residence programs. Generally, overall GPA's from baccalaureate work must be 3.0 or better and satisfactory GMAT scores must be officially sent by the Educational Testing Service. International students will need to submit TOEFL scores. Additionally, all MBA Online students must have successfully completed a college-level course in statistics.
Step 2: Register with the host campus
If you are taking a course from your home university, you will register in that campus' usual way. If you are taking a course from a UT university other than your home campus. You will request registration through the UT TeleCampus Information System. You will be notified by the host registrar regarding further instructions and paying your fee bill. If you do not pay your tuition/fee bill, your registration will be canceled.
Step 3: Start class
MBA Online courses follow the host campus' academic calendars. Beginning on the start date, you can access your course through the UT TeleCampus Classrooms building. See the Course List and Materials for textbook ordering information.
Step 4: Transfer credit
Although you will take courses from all of the participating universities, your home campus will grant the MBA degree. You are responsible for making sure your credits from other UT universities are transferred to your home campus. Information on transcripts can be found in the UT TeleCampus Student Services area.
