Dropping Courses in the Online MBA Program
Regulations pertaining to dropping courses are established by each host campus. It is your responsibility to officially withdraw (drop) from the University if you do not plan to attend after registering. You must drop/withdraw by the drop date at the host.
You should submit your drop request to the host campus registration contact. You should refer to the academic calendar (at the host institution) for important information regarding the dates and deadlines for drops and withdrawals and how they might affect your academic record. Students wishing to withdraw and avoid financial obligation must do so BEFORE the first official University class day for the host institution.
If you are not passing the course at the time of the drop/withdrawal, the instructor may issue you a failing grade. This could adversely impact your GPA and result in dismissal from the program. Because of this, it is strongly recommend that you consult your instructor so that you know what grade you will be awarded.
Note: It is not possible to drop courses in the TIS.
