LIPSCOMB HALL
Lipscomb Hall, also called The Lip by the residents, has a friendly laidback community with diverse and down to earth students. Holding a total of 332 residents on the North and South sides, Lipscomb Hall is perfect for summer programs who wish to split genders by side of the building Lipscomb Hall is located directly south of the College Park Center and within walking distance of the Shops at College Park and the large, lush park, The Green at College Park.

Room Type
Lipscomb North features double rooms in a suite layout. There are two roommates in each room. Three rooms share a suite space and the split bathrooms. There are two bathrooms in the suites, one bathroom has a toilet and sink, while the other has a shower and sink. Lipscomb South features double rooms in a suite style layout. There are two roommates in each room. Two rooms share a bathroom and shower.

All bedrooms in Lipscomb North include a twin extra-long bed. The room furniture is built into the structure thus maximizing storage and floor space. The furniture includes a bed, desk (with desk light), bookshelves, closet, drawers and smaller storage shelves. The furniture of every room in Lipscomb South includes a bed, desk, chest of drawers and large closet for each resident.
