Types of Summer Camps: Know Before You Navigate.
University Division/Department programs are any day, overnight/commuter summer programs sponsored or organized by a UT Arlington division/department. The University division/department contracts with Conference Services to utilize University facilities including but not limited to housing, dining, classroom, recreation and meeting space.
External programs are any day, overnight/commuter summer programs sponsored or organized by outside groups and organizations that are not directly affiliated or sponsored by UT Arlington and contract with Conference Services to utilize University facilities including but not limited to housing, dining, classroom, recreation and meeting space.
Academic Year Conferences/Meetings
For meeting and conference space inquiries during the academic year, mid-August through mid-May, please browse our on campus facilities menu. Each venue is responsible for reservations during the academic year and can be contacted directly to inquire about space and availability.
