Assistant Director of Maintenance Operations
This area of maintenance operations is a division within Facilities Management that provides a range of supported services for elevators, vehicle fleet management, interdepartmental technology service, and billing services. The Service Call Center manages, processes and serves as a liaison for students, faculty and staff creating a one-stop-shop for emergency, routine maintenance, general facilities needs, and other non maintenance related requests.

Assist University administrators, with various reports related to campus facilities including forecasting, capital improvements, capital renewals, deferred maintenance, all of which are periodically required throughout the year by The University of Texas System and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.
