Assist University administrators, with various reports related to campus facilities including budget forecasting, capital improvements, capital renewals, deferred maintenance, and cost savings reports, all of which are periodically required throughout the year by The University of Texas System office and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

Also involved with energy related items in the area of estimating utility consumption and costs and reporting usages.
