Food Vendors

UT Arlington Dining Services provides catering for the UT Arlington community.  Please visit Maverick Catering for details on their services, view catering menus, and online ordering.

If you choose not to use UT Arlington’s Dining Services for your catered event, below are additional food vendors approved by UT Arlington to provide catering services on campus.  You must submit your request to use an outside food vendor  at least 14 days in advance of your event by completing the Outside Food Verification Form. If your desired food vendor is not listed, you can get them approved by following the steps outlined below.  You will need to check UT Share to confirm if a below location is setup as a vendor for direct billing.  External Clients are required to use Maverick Catering when booking space in the University Center.

Departments and Student Organizations will need to submit a form to ucrequest@uta.edu to check the status of the listed vendor.

Approved Vendor Process

Beginning June 1, 2016, a new process for outside food vendor selection and approval was implemented. A food vendor may apply for permission to service UT Arlington at any time. Food Vendors must submit an Application, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit all requested information to University Center Operations. Food Vendors reapply annually. There is no cost to apply or reapply. Applicants should receive confirmation of their request within 5-7 business days.
