  • UT Arlington University Center Room Reservations Addendum
  • Food Waiver Request Application (if applicable)
  • Sign, Petitition, and Literature Posting Form (if applicable) 
  • Event Change/Cancellation Form (if applicable) 

How to Reserve a Room in the University Center

  1. Campus Planning Sheet from Student Governance
  2. Addendum from Student Governance
  3. Complete forms and have signed by Advisor
  4. Take forms to SGO to be approved and stamped
  5. Once approved, bring to the University Center Operations office
  6. If room is available, you will receive a confirmation when booked
  7. Sign confirmation
  8. Billing will occur after your event
