UTA Cheer | tryouts

The University of Texas at Arlington Cheer Squad is a hardworking and dedicated team, who have to balance their time between their education, desire to cheer, and other activities. The Cheer squads performs at Men's and Women's Basketball games and Women's Volleyball games during the fall and spring semesters. The cheer team also competes in the Small Co-ed Division at the NCA Collegiate National Championship in April. Due to the dedication of the cheer team members, cheerleaders are awarded partial scholarships based on tenure, academics and leadership positions. There are also no other required financial obligations.
