- Toss Stunt to the top
- Stretch w/ full cradle
Tumbling
- Standing back tuck
- Toe touch back tuck
- Standing pass of choice
- Running tumbling pass
All-Women's Squad Requirements
Stunting
- Elevator, Liberty, Stretch w/ full cradle, and a 2 stunt sequence
Tumbling
- Standing back tuck
- Toe touch back tuck
- Standing pass of choice
