Administrative Assistant II

The Institute of Urban Studies seeks an experienced professional with strong administrative skills to serve as an administrative assistant. The administrative assistant will report to the director of the Institute and will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties and decision-making which require a thorough understanding of the functions, programs and policies of the university and the Institute of Urban Studies. The administrative assistant is expected to be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. The position has a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Academic Recruiter

CAPPA at UTA seeks an Academic Recruiter to oversee the development and implementation of the undergraduate and graduate recruiting and enrollment strategies that will identify, attract, and retain a highly qualified, diverse student population for the College of Architecture, Planning and Public Affairs (CAPPA) at UTA. In this capacity, the recruiter will be responsible for the implementation of a comprehensive strategy that will enable the school to meet enrollment, retention, and graduation targets with students meeting appropriate academic standards.
