PROPERTY AND CASUALTY RISK MANAGEMENT (3-0) Fire, marine, and automobile insurance; business, professional, and personal liability insurance; theft insurance; disability and miscellaneous casualty coverage, surety bonds, rate structures, and multiple line contracts. Prerequisite: 60 credit hours.

INSU 4330. LIFE AND HEALTH RISK MANAGEMENT (3-0) Principles underlying the fields of life and health insurance. Types of life, health, and annuity contracts; determination of premiums; policy provisions, reserve provisions, and legal requirements. Prerequisite: 60 credit hours.
