Dr. Nur Yazdani recently made an invited presentation at the Industry Day organized by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) for its Long Term Bridge Performance Program (LTBP). The LTBP Program will serve as the national platform for strategic long-term investigation of in-service bridge performance. Dr. Yazdani represented ASCE Structural Engineering Institute (SEI) at the Industry Day. Representatives from FHWA, concrete bridge industry, steel bridge industry, and nationwide experts attended and made presentations. The Industry Day output will be used as the blueprint for FHWA to move forward with the LTBP program.
