
Requires six (6) core OSHA courses and two (2) elective courses
- Nationally recognized professional safety and health certification.
- Transfer up to six (6) required courses from any OSHA Training Institute Education Center.
- Candidates can choose from General Industry or Construction Industry Career Certification Tracks.
- Courses can be applied toward advanced level certifications (SHEP and MC).
General Industry
Required:
- OSHA 501 Trainer Course for General Industry (must be current)
- OSHA 510 Standards Course for the Construction Industry or OSHA 500 Trainer Course for the Construction Industry (must be current)
- OSHA 2250 Principles of Ergonomics
- OSHA 2045 Machinery and Machine Guarding Standards
- OSHA 2264 Permit-Required Confined Space Entry
- OSHA 3095 Electrical Standards
Electives: (Choose 2 from list)
- OSHA 2225 Respiratory Protection
- OSHA 3110 Fall Protection
- OSHA 2015 Hazardous Materials
- OSHA 521 Industrial Hygiene
- OSHA 3010 Excavation and Trenching
