Professional Development and Counsel for TxDOT Engineers in Training
TxDOT engages The UT Arlington Division for Enterprise Development to manage Professional Development Counselors assigned to specific districts or divisions throughout Texas — facilitating Training Quality and Development for Engineers in Training. The focus of this program is to provide counseling, mentoring, coaching and other professional assistance as prescribed by the TxDOT Director of Training Quality and Development.
