We strive to provide excellent classroom experiences to nurture effective teachers. We will continue to update this web-site according to TEA (Texas Education Agency) and SBEC (State Board for Educator Certification) standards.
Here are the various levels of certification:
- Early Childhood - Fourth Grade (EC-4) and Early Childhood -Fourth Grade Bilingual / ESL
- Mid-Level (4-8)
- Secondary (8-12)
- All-Level (Music, Art and Kinesiology) (K-12)

Application for Field Experience can be found at http://ossa.uta.edu/field.asp. Read all instructions on the electronic site carefully. The following documents (found at http://ossa.uta.edu/field.asp) will be turned into the Office of Professional Development, Science Hall 323A by fall/spring deadlines.

- 5 copies of your resume - download template (Word doc)
- 1 copy of the signed Notification of Pending Criminal Background Check
