*Requires an existing teacher certification. To be eligible to add MRT endorsement you must have 3 years classroom teaching experience.

·         EDUC      5309 - Advanced Instructional Strategies

·         LIST        5354 – Multicultural Literature for Children

 

Research:

Effective Fall 2008 The following courses must be taken in sequence and EDUC 5397 is to be taken in the final long semester (fall/spring) of the program::

·         EDUC      5394 - *Understanding Classroom Research (prerequisite: 9 graduate hours)

·         EDUC      5395*The Research Process (prerequisite: EDUC 5394)

·         EDUC      5397 *Dissemination of Classroom Action Research Study (prerequisite: EDUC 5395)
