READING SPECIALIST

ENDORSEMENT

 

Students must hold a master’s degree in order to enroll in this program. The Reading Specialist Certificate includes an option to apply for Master Reading Teacher (MRT) AFTER becoming certified as a Reading Specialist. MRT requires 3 years of verifiable classroom teaching experience.

 

Courses may be taken in any sequence except for noted prerequisites and capstone courses.
