BEEP 5318 Foundations in Bilingual Education
BEEP 5321 ESL Methods for Young Learners
BEEP 5363 Literacy Development in English and Spanish
BEEP 5364 Literacy Instruction in Spanish in the Content Areas
BEEP* 5315 Practicum Residency (Last Course)

* Obtaining a full time teaching position at the level and in the content area in which the student is pursuing certification will fulfill the Practicum Residency requirement.  In all cases, students must register for BEEP 5315 (1 semester for student teaching; 2 semesters for probationary certificate students)

New students should meet with the Program Director (faculty mentor) upon admission and prior to registration in order to develop their degree plan and course sequence.

If you have questions regarding course clearance, registration and/or submission of forms for transfer credit, drop/withdrawal or other graduate forms please speak to your Graduate Staff Advisor.

 

     

If you are currently enrolled in the Teacher Certification Program as a Certification Only Student and wish to become a master's student, you must file a Change of Program request with the Graduate School and meet all admission criteria for the master's program (including submission of GRE scores, letters of recommendation and personal statement).
