EDTC 5301 Current Applications of Technology in Education

 

 

Content Area (15 Credit Hours): Students may pursue graduate level classes in a single content area such as Math, Science, English, etc or an add-on certificate such as ESL or Gifted and Talented. In all cases, prior approval of the coursework by the Program Director is required.

IMPORTANT:

ü      Students pursuing secondary or all-level certification must have at least 24 semester credit hours in one of the available subject areas for secondary certification or one of the four areas (Art, Theatre, Music, PE) for all-level certification.   A Content Declaration Form, signed and dated by the appropriate Content Advisor, must be completed and turned in to the Graduate Staff Advisor before you may enroll in classes.

ü      Direct questions addressing course content/substitution and appropriate transfer credit to the Program Director.

ü      Direct questions addressing course clearance/registration, drops/withdrawals and submission of petitions/transfer requests to your Graduate Staff Advisor.

ü      To be eligible to proceed to practicum (residency), students must have completed at least three of the following:  EDUC 5310, EDUC 5314, EDUC 5329, and LIST 5326 or LIST 5345.
