2. Academic program (if certification, your area and level)
3. 10 digit ID number (listed on your admission letter)

6. The date you wish to attend orientation

New Student Orientation

Spring 2009

 

Who:      Newly admitted and Re-admitted Certification and Degree Seeking students in the College of Education Graduate Programs. 

What:   Mandatory orientation session covering the basics of academic advising, course clearance, program requirements, and graduate services. Orientation attendance is required prior to Spring 2009 registration.

Where:  Orientation Sessions will be held in College Hall Room 101. SEE MAP BELOW

When & For How Long:   See Schedule below. Orientation Sessions will last approximately 1.5 hours. 

*Punctuality is imperative to receiving the information needed for clearance to register and enrollment your first semester. The doors to orientation will close 5 minutes after the starting time. 

Please reserve your seat for one of the following sessions:

~ Saturday, November 8, 2008:  10:30—12:00 Noon
   Visitors may park for free in student lots after 5 pm on Friday & all day Saturday & Sunday

~ Thursday, December 11, 2008:  5:30—7:00 pm  

~ Thursday, January 15, 2008:  5:30—7:00 pm 

                                                                           

Public Parking is very limited and is shown in purple. The parking garage (fee) is one of the better options. There are also Parking Meters on Nedderman Drive on the other side of Cooper Street (in front of Davis Hall). Parking lots requiring a permit are open to all on the weekends starting at 5 p.m. on Friday.
