Certification students,

Spring 2009 clearance begins today. If you have met with an advisor recently and know what courses you need to take in the spring,
you may submit an online Clearance Request Form in lieu of an advising appointment. The form is available here:
http://www.uta.edu/coed/undergradadvising/clearance.

Understand that by using the online form, you are waiving advising for the spring. If you’d like to discuss your spring schedule or have
your advisor assess your current academic standing and progress, please give us a call at 817-272-2956 to schedule an advising
appointment.
