Date and Time for Commencement Has Changed:

Important update for Fall 2014 graduates! The Fall 2014 Commencement for the College of Education is now scheduled for Friday, December 12 at 3:00 p.m. in College Park Center.
All graduating students are encouraged to invite family and friends to join in celebrating this significant achievement. Graduating students and all guests over the age of 2 must have a commencement ticket to attend the commencement ceremony. Tickets will not be available at College Park Center. No UT Arlington IDs will be accepted in place of a ticket for admittance.
It is essential that we have the names of all students who plan to participate in the commencement ceremony in order to prepare name cards and plan seating arrangements. To verify your attendance students MUST fill out and submit a Commencement Registration Form prior to obtaining their student and guest tickets. The Commencement Registration Form, as well as additional ticket and RSVP information, will be sent to graduating students via their UT Arlington MavMail accounts by mid-October.
Please note: Tickets will only be reserved for students who REGISTER by the deadline (Friday, November 14 at 11:59 PM). Due to a high number of graduates, the exact number of tickets has not yet been determined.
Students will receive an email on November 17 with instructions on claiming their graduate and guest tickets. Tickets will not be immediately available, but this email will specify when tickets will be available through the online site. Tickets will download to your computer and you will be responsible for printing them. Please download only the actual number of guest tickets that you will use. Tickets that you do not intend to use may be donated back to the general pool of tickets for other graduates to use.
