KINE Major, 2.75 GPA overall, 30 hours completed at UTA, 15+ hours minimum in KINE, full time student.
Application Procedure
Submit a short resume detailing education background, overall GPA and departmental GPA, work experiences, along with a cover letter (1/2 page minimum) stating your career goals and objectives as well as why you feel qualified to receive the award.
