Eligibility

• Unconditionally admitted to a College of Education and Health Professions undergraduate or graduate program.
• Currently declared Education major in College of Education and Health Professions.
• Citizen or permanent resident of the U.S.
• Planning to teach science or math at a public school.
• Minimum GPA of 3.25 overall and in Education major.
• Attendance at Academic Excellence Award Ceremony.

Application Procedure

Download the application and scholarship recommendation forms, complete them as appropriate, save them, and follow instructions for submission electronically via e-mail.

The application is a standard form used for nine scholarships. Please submit only ONE application if you plan to apply for one or more of the following scholarships:
