Curriculum and Instruction faculty members are very active in conducting, publishing, and presenting research in education-related fields. They’re also dedicated to serving the local community. The department is designated as an “Engaged Department” due to the high level of service learning activities included in department programs and courses.
Imagine being part of something that can change the face of education as we know it. We are attempting to do that by searching for educational solutions in the neurosciences. The center is interested in how advances in neuroscience, genetics, and cognitive science can inform educational practice and leadership.
