Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction
The Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction has several degree options to choose from. Click on the program you are interested in to view the required coursework. The three Curriculum and Instruction options consist of 18 hours of core research and curriculum coursework and 18 hours of a focus area. The five Literacy Studies options are completely made up of online Literacy coursework, most including an add-on Literacy endorsement. The AISD programs are only for Arlington ISD teachers.

Mind, Brain and Education
The Master of Education in Mind, Brain and Education is designed for students interested in connecting cognition, neuroscience and educational practice in traditional and non-traditional learning environments. Students become leaders in helping others understand the promise as well as the necessary caution when using research to inform practice. The potential in MBE provides opportunity and insight for all, as well as a powerful framework for developing useable knowledge in educational contexts.
