Eligibility Requirements: |
KINE Major, member of Maverick’s Student Athletic Trainers Society,
Teacher Education Certification Emphasis, Sophomore classification or above, 2.75 GPA overall, 3.0 GPA major, enrolled full-time for spring semester, preference given to students planning careers in Physical Education or Athletic Training.

Submit a short resume detailing education background, overall GPA and departmental GPA, work experiences, along with a cover letter (1/2 page minimum) stating your career goals and objectives as well as why you feel qualified to receive the award.
