Eligibility Requirements: |
United States Citizen Demonstrate financial need (EFC not exceeding 00000) Undergraduate full-time student in good academic standing at the end of the 2008/2009 academic year Graduate of a high school in one of the following 19 cities: Abilene, Amarillo, Arlington, Austin, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Dallas, El Paso, Fort Worth, Garland, Houston, Irving, Laredo, Lubbock, Mesquite, Pasadena, Plano, San Antonio and Waco |
