Texas Oral Proficiency Test (TOPT)

The TOPT Bulletin specifies certain deadlines regarding registration; however the College of Education and Health Professions must receive your TOPT registration application at least three working days prior to regular, late, or emergency registration deadlines in order to have sufficient time to process the application.
