All candidates for graduation are encouraged to invite their family and friends to help them celebrate this significant milestone and momentous occasion. All graduates, family, and other guests over the age of two must have a commencement ticket to enter the College Park Center.
Students who are candidates for graduation in May are eligible to participate in May 2017 commencement ceremonies. These students will be contacted by their School or College regarding the process for participating in Fall commencement ceremonies.
Yes, students who are eligible to participate in commencement (as defined above) will receive an email sent to their UTA email account on TBA with instructions on claiming their graduate ticket and their guest tickets.
Ticketing Offer 1: On TBA, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim up to TBA guaranteed guest tickets reserved in their name, and up to TBA more guest tickets while quantities last. This offer will begin TBA at 10 am and last until noon on TBA, at which time all reserved guest tickets will no longer be available and all unclaimed guest tickets will return to a central ticketing pool. Graduates are asked to download only the actual number of guest tickets that they will use so students who need them can claim them through Ticketing Offer 2.
Ticketing Offer 2: On TBA, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim additional guest tickets from the central ticketing pool, if available, and while quantities last. This offer will begin TBA at 10 am and last until noon on TBA.
Ticketing Offer 3: On TBA, graduates will receive an email with information on how to claim stand-by tickets, if available. Seating for stand-by ticket holders is not guaranteed and will be based on availability of seating in College Park Center at the time of the ceremony.
