Research
Dr. Jang is interested in the design, implementation, and effects of communication technology in various contexts. In particular, his research efforts have been focused on the following areas: (1) distant collaborations via electronic media in the context of virtual teams and online gaming (MMORPG) communities, and (2) people's blogging behaviors, their social and psychological antecedents and impacts.
