Teaching
Dr. Sasha Grant teaches communication theory, corporate communication, managerial communication, global communication and international communication.
Research
Dr. Grant's research field is organizational communication and her research areas include organizational identity, organizational culture, charismatic leadership, and organizational narratives and storytelling. In line with a critical-interpretive approach, her research focuses on the narrative character of identity in modern organizations. She uses diverse methods to look at issues surrounding narratives of (organizational) identity such as: in-depth interviews, thematic analysis, textual and document analysis, rhetorical criticism, and critical narrative analysis. Dr. Grant has presented her research to the International Communication Association and other conferences.
