Students in Mindia Whittier's PR Case Study class are working with Open Channels Group this semester to conduct surveys as part of a Public Affairs campaign for The T (Fort Worth Transportation Authority) as part of a Southeast Fort Worth Passenger Rail Feasibility Study.

"The T is executing a campaign that includes community meetings and man-on-the-street surveys to gather feedback from stakeholders," Ms. Whittier explained.

Open Channels Group is one of the largest minority owned public relations firms in Texas. Two recent UTA graduates, Breanna Standifer (Spring 2009 PR) and Rebecca Strong, a (Spring 2010 PR) are also working with the firm.
