HESI Admissions Assessment Exam
All applicants are required to take the HESI Admissions Assessment Exam (HESI A2), an assessment used to evaluate prospective students and their potential for successful program completion. Scores must be submitted by the submission deadline for your application to be considered complete.
Deadline to Submit HESI A2 Scores
- Spring Applicants: June 1
- Fall Applicants: January 15
Students must complete the required designated sections of the HESI A2 test (Grammar, Math, Reading Comprehension, and Vocabulary) with a minimum score of 75% per scored section. Learning Styles and Personality are also required; however, the results are not part of the application criteria but are used to provide insight into study habits, learning preferences, and dispositions as they relate to academic achievement.
If you score between 75% - 79% on the math portion of the HESI A2: if you are accepted into the program, you will be required to complete a math remediation program.
