Graduates should arrive at the west entry of CPC for check-in between 6:30 and 7:15 p.m. The procedure for the ceremony is very simple, but it is important that you arrive on time so that you can receive all the necessary instructions. The north and northwest doors of CPC will open for guest seating at 7 p.m. We anticipate that the ceremony will conclude before 10 p.m.
Tickets are required for all guests attending the ceremony, including children. For the first time, graduates will also be required to present a separate ticket for backstage admission. Each graduate will receive a minimum of six guest tickets to the ceremony, and will have the option to claim up to six additional tickets on a first come, first served basis (a maximum of 12 guest tickets per graduate) on April 16 when ticket distribution begins.
Graduates will receive a message to your MavMail account containing your unique ticketing password and log-in at approximately 10 a.m. on April 16. Tickets are available to be downloaded and printed until 7 p.m. on May 11. Guests must arrive with printed tickets –tickets cannot be scanned from the screen of a smart phone, iPad, etc.
