Donor Profile JOHN A GARDNER was a professor at UT Arlington in the Department of Mathematics from 1956-1977. Born in 1912 in Eupora, Mississippi, he taught math in the public schools and in the U. S. Air Force program at Mississippi State College. He enjoyed traveling, was active in the First Christian Church, and was a member both of the Noon Kiwanis Club and the Maverick Club.
